Transformation by vibration.
Everything is energy and originates from the field of Light or consciousness. Our minds/thoughts also consist of energy from the Field of Light and are connected to it, with every thought having its own vibrational frequency. According to the Law of the Permanent Transformation of Energy, we can change our life circumstances by transforming the energy of our thoughts. We do this by consciously transforming energy, for which the use of our will is a prerequisite. It is a physical principle that energy cannot be created or destroyed; energy can only be transformed from one form into another. Like vibrational frequencies attract each other, while higher frequencies can transform lower ones; low vibrations, on the other hand, have no influence on higher vibrations. Positive, hopeful thoughts with a high frequency attract more of the same, while negative thoughts with a low frequency create negative circumstances and cause a downward spiral in our lives. This law is about the vibrational frequency that our thoughts emit, which ultimately becomes our reality.
The art of self-transformation.
Self-transformation begins with understanding the consequences of our thoughts on our lives, followed by the conscious choice to change them; this is a decision of will by the mind/consciousness. Thus, we make the decision about what we think and speak, and choose to replace old, negative, and recurring thoughts with positive ones. This is not always easy. Our ego will always want to be right and will continue to bother us with its narrative. That's not a problem, as long as we are aware of it. The truth is that we are not our ego; we are the ones who can always decide how we think about ourselves and others. Deep-rooted beliefs are the most difficult to change. This requires a great willingness to change. The six-step plan from the book “Choose Again” by Diederik Wolsak (2018) offers a practical method to identify and release limiting beliefs. An important insight from the book is that everything we feel is ours, and that we cannot blame anyone for it. In order to transform low energies, a higher vibrational frequency is necessary. Higher energies such as The Self, God, the Buddha, Jesus, or the Holy Spirit can do the transforming work. If we want a different life, we must change our thoughts and deepest beliefs. Change is a process. Every small step counts.
Good thoughts will produce good deeds and bad thoughts will result in bad deeds. Hate is never overcome by hate; hate is by love overpowered.

N. Milanovich and S. McCune indicating how we can grow spiritually
If we wish to grow spiritually, we must begin to scrutinise our thoughts and understand that our beliefs and thoughts do not represent reality. It is our perceptions of reality that are incomplete. When we realise this, we open ourselves to going to another place, from where we can understand in new ways and appreciate the diversity of people's perceptions. We can control our thoughts, beliefs, words and actions, but to do so requires imposing upon ourselves that we are going to behave differently.
(Milanovich & McCune, 2017, p.203)
The power of colours.
The application of colours can also be a powerful tool for the transmutation of energy. Violet, for instance, is the colour with the highest vibrational frequency that can still be perceived by the naked eye. This colour has the ability to transform all frequencies that lie at a lower level. Surround any situation that is not harmonious for you with violet. Remain steadfast and persistent in this. This is only one example; likewise, white light can be used for protection and pink for softening. In any case, the right intention is always essential.
Forgiveness is an insight:
the result is the letting go of the need for forgiveness.
When forgiveness is no longer necessary.
The first step in the transformation process is clearing old, negative feelings and thoughts from our consciousness. This is done by forgiving past mistakes, insults, or errors. Forgiveness helps to clear our consciousness and fill it with higher, positive thoughts and energies that enrich our lives. When we are ready for this, we can view the entire concept of forgiveness from a different paradigm, a shift in consciousness. This leads to the insight that ultimately there is nothing to forgive, because we ourselves are the creator and all pain and disappointment come from the illusory world of our ego and physical body. As long as we continue to identify completely with our ego and body, we can never fully let go of our emotional pain. The ego always wants to be right and is always busy with the past or the future. This makes it difficult to truly live in the present. The choice is then: do we want to be right, or do we want to be free from suffering? Letting go begins when we realise that identification with the body and ego does not represent the true Self. What remains is the essence of the Divine Self, originating from the Divine source. The goal is to experience the Self in its entirety on earth. This becomes possible as soon as our mind connects with the Self, and no longer follows the agenda of the ego. A text that aligns with this, and for which I have added two words in quotation marks, is:
Seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness (within ourselves),
then all those other things will be added to you.

Not everyone will immediately agree with the Law of Permanent Energy Transmutation or its application. That's perfectly fine, of course. These insights are intended for those who feel drawn to them. Everyone walks their own path, and every soul's perspective is valuable.
